Each Sip A Sense of Place

NoWhere Foods started with a question:

What if food could bring us back to the places we have forgotten?

Each drink is designed with the ecosystem in which it is found. From the steep desert canyons of the southwest to jagged ridge lines of the Pacific Northwest, each drink traces the flavors of America. Each sip reminds us of the stories of the people who walked these lands, trading ancestral seed varietals and caring for the soil beneath their feet.

At NoWhere we wandered into these landscapes, looking for the stories of the land. We listened to growers reviving heirloom varietals on their ancestral lands, to foragers who walk these lands caring for forgotten herbal remedies, to scientists working to understand the complexity and resilience of wild places.

Each of our drinks carry the memory of the land. Each drink is rooted in a place, designed around a particular American ecoregion, looking at the ethnobotany of that place to re-create the specific sense of place that makes these landscapes so memorable. We harvest with intention from these landscapes, partnering with regenerative growers, foragers, and seedkeepers to bottle the forgotten flavors of place.
